1. Disconnect Instagram only
Log in to Krates, open "Instagram Bağlantısı" (Instagram Connection) in the left sidebar and click "Bağlantıyı Kes" (Disconnect). Your access token and all profile information we obtained from Instagram are deleted immediately and permanently.
You can also revoke access from Instagram itself: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove Krates.
2. Delete uploaded media
Open the "Havuz" (Media Pool) page and click the trash icon on any media set. The files are removed from both our database and the server's file system.
3. Delete your entire account and all data
Send an e-mail from the address registered to your Krates account:

Subject: Krates Data Deletion Request
Include: your Krates username and business name
After verifying your identity we permanently delete, within 30 days: your user account and business record, your Instagram access token and connection data, all uploaded images and videos including the files on our server, all scheduled and published post records and captions, your brand profile and all insight data. We send you a confirmation e-mail once deletion is complete.
What is not deleted
Posts already published to Instagram belong to your Instagram account and remain there after your Krates data is deleted. You can remove them from the Instagram app yourself.
