What the service does

Krates provides a media library for your own photos, a calendar for scheduling posts, automatic publishing to your Instagram account at the time you choose, and reports on how your published posts performed.

Krates only publishes content that you have created and approved. Nothing is ever published that you did not schedule.

Instagram connection

You must connect your Instagram professional account to use the service. The connection is made through Instagram's official authorization screen; we never see or store your Instagram password. You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard or from Instagram's settings, and your access token is deleted immediately.

Your responsibilities

You must own the rights to the images and text you upload, must not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, must keep your login credentials confidential, and must not use the service for spam, fake engagement or bulk account operations. You are responsible for the content you publish; Krates does not review or approve it.

AI caption suggestions

Krates may suggest captions based on your brand's existing posts and profile. These suggestions are drafts that you review, edit and approve before anything is published. No warranty is given as to their accuracy or suitability.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but maintenance, infrastructure failures or Instagram-side outages may occur. If a scheduled post cannot be published for a technical reason it is marked as failed in your dashboard and you are notified. Krates is not liable for indirect commercial losses arising from posts that could not be published.

Termination

You may close your account at any time; your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account that clearly breaches these terms, and will tell you why.
