Krates gets a little better every week. Here we share the features and improvements we add, with their dates.

Trial Reels
When you schedule a video as a Reel, you can now turn on Trial Reels. The Reel is shown only to people who don't follow you at first; it stays out of your followers' feeds and off your profile. That way you can test a new idea without tiring your current audience. Choose Automatic and Instagram shares it with your followers if it performs well in the first 72 hours. Choose I'll share it and you check the results in the Instagram app, then share it with your followers whenever you like.

Free trial without a card
You no longer need to add a card to try Krates. A 7-day free trial of the Standard plan starts the moment you sign up, with 15 AI images to create. Nothing is charged when the trial ends: pick a plan on the Membership page to continue, or your scheduled posts are paused and nothing is deleted.

Filters for your images
The brand placement screen now has a Filter button: 55 filters named after Shakespeare characters, from Hamlet to Cleopatra, Ophelia to King Lear. Soften any of the faded, warm, cool, vivid or black-and-white tones with the intensity slider. In a carousel the filter is applied to every frame at once.

Enlarge in the pool and jump to the Studio
Click an image in the pool to open it large and use the arrows to move through the rest. Drag the pool panel's edge to make it wider. Send any image to the Image Studio in one click and the edited result lands back in the same folder. Add frames to a scheduled carousel by dragging images or dropping files onto it.

Easier carousels
Press "Create carousel" at the top of a folder, click your images in order and your carousel is ready; hold Shift to select everything in between at once. Carousels now sit at the top of the folder, separated from single posts by a line. Downloading a carousel gives you all of its frames in a single ZIP file.

7-day free trial
You can now try any plan free for 7 days. Add your card and nothing is charged today; during the trial you can create 30 AI images and 1 video. Cancel with one click on the Membership page before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Cancel your subscription from the panel
You can now cancel your subscription yourself on the Membership page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged after that. Changed your mind? Undo the cancellation from the same place.

Posting plan PDF
The PDF you download from Grid View is now a posting plan ready to share with the brand. The profile photo and brand name sit at the top, and every post shows its publish date and caption below it, so the brand sees not just the grid but what goes out and when.

Folders in the media pool
Sort your images into folders. Right-click to create a folder, name it and drag images onto it. Reorder folders by dragging and nest folders inside folders. Images you upload while inside a folder go straight into it.

Batch resize
Select several images and crop them to Post, Square, Story, Landscape or any size you enter. Drag the frame anywhere on the image, resize it, press Apply and the next image comes up.

Higher resolution for professional photos
Large files shot on a camera are now kept at a higher resolution, so close crops stay sharp.

Instant upload and delete
Uploading, editing and deleting images now finish without waiting for background work.

Search that ignores Turkish letter variants
Pool search now matches regardless of Turkish letter variants such as İ, ı, ş and ç.

Grid view
See how your scheduled posts will look on your Instagram profile. Swap tiles by dragging, align Reels covers and download the view as a PDF.

Pick any date range on the Reports page and download the results as a PDF.

Text and logo on ad videos
Add your headline and logo to ad videos in crisp detail. You can also start an ad straight from a post card.

An assistant that looks after your ads
Krates watches the results of your live ads, pauses the ones that do not work and sets up a new one with the same budget. Everything it does is listed and can be undone.

Profile guide
Once a week Krates reviews your Instagram profile and tells you what to change so that visitors from your ads follow you.
